Continuous Improvement

As Jasper Rubber Products, Inc., continuously updates our techniques and processes, we further our ongoing legacy and reputation as industry innovators in elastomer technology. We’re highly reputable for expertly manufacturing rubber, rubber material, molded rubber products, lathe-cut rubber products, extruded rubber, and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) products.

Expect Quality

Our commitment to quality extends throughout all our product lines, including your custom products.

We understand the “heavy lifting” your products perform. Whether it’s forming tighter seals, withstanding tighter tolerances, or exceeding the demands of exposure to chemicals, our custom compounding formulations and exacting manufacturing processes assure accurate components on every production run.

Expect Excellence

Our commitment to excellence powers our long history of high-quality products and top-notch customer satisfaction.

Our production teams examine and document critical characteristics throughout all phases of production. We maintain the precise standards your project requires in order to deliver you a finished product that matches your exact specifications. We deliver you the excellence you expect.

We mix our own rubber in-house.

Jasper Rubber operates internal mixing for its own production. Tangential-rotor mixers and a compound library built over seven decades allow us to develop, tune, and hold a formulation in-house rather than waiting on outside compounders.

For customers, that shows up in three places: material cost that is ours to control, batch-to-batch consistency traceable to our own floor, and shorter lead times when a program needs to move.

Compounding supports our molded and lathe-cut production. We do not sell mixed rubber as a merchant service. We run the following materials:

Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) (Buna-N)

Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR)

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM)

Fluoroelastomer (FKM)

Silicone

Neoprene

Natural Rubber

Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE)

Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (TPV)
